This "User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and our company (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding the use of the iOS software Authenticator App-MFA&2FAAuth (hereinafter referred to as "this Software") developed by us. Please carefully read the entire content of this Agreement before using this Software. Your use or continued use of this Software indicates that you have fully understood and agreed to be bound by all contents of this Agreement.
• You have the right to use all functional services provided by this Software on the premise of complying with this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations.
• Your encrypted data will be securely stored on your device, and you can delete the application at any time and clear the data generated during your use of the Software. Before deleting the application, if necessary, please be sure to back up or transfer your two-factor authentication accounts, otherwise you may not be able to access the stored verification codes.
Users shall comply with this Agreement and various rules formulated by us in relation to this Software, and shall not use this Software to engage in any illegal, irregular or activities that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, including but not limited to:
• Unauthorized access, tampering with, or destruction of system data or other users' data of this Software;
• Dissemination of viruses, malicious software, spam and other contents that endanger the security of this Software or interfere with other users' normal use;
• Using this Software for fraud, pyramid schemes, money laundering and other illegal and criminal activities;
• Violating any applicable laws and regulations, regulatory provisions or industry guidelines.
The data you add during the use of the Software, including but not limited to account information, keys, passwords, etc., is locally encrypted by the application on your device. Only you can access your data, and we cannot read or decrypt it.
1. Without our written permission, users shall not reverse engineer, reverse compile, disassemble this Software, or attempt to obtain the source code of this Software.
2. Users shall not modify, adapt, translate this Software, or create derivative works based on this Software.
3. Users shall not access or use this Software through any automated means (such as robot programs, spider programs, crawler programs, etc.) to interfere with the normal operation of this Software.
1. We have the right to modify this Agreement according to changes in laws and regulations, business development needs and other circumstances. The modified Agreement will be公示 in an appropriate manner in this Software. If the user continues to use this Software after the modification of the Agreement, it shall be deemed that the user agrees to accept the content of the modified Agreement; if the user does not agree with the content of the modified Agreement, he shall immediately stop using this Software.
2. If the user violates the provisions of this Agreement, we have the right to terminate the provision of services to the user immediately without notice and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility against the user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by the use or inability to use the application.
The risk and decision of using this Software shall be borne by you.
1. The conclusion, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. If a dispute arises between the two parties in the performance of this Agreement, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with a competent people's court.
1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the two parties regarding the use of this Software, and supersedes all previous oral or written agreements between the two parties regarding the use of this Software.
2. If some provisions of this Agreement are deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of other provisions.
