This Privacy Policy explains the rules and practices of the company regarding the collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of your personal information in the iOS software HealthPulse (hereinafter referred to as "the Software"). I. Information We Collect and Its Purposes

We require the following mobile permissions:

 Photo Album Access Permission: To enable the heart rate measurement function.

 Notification Permission: To send you daily measurement reminders, function tips, and other notification services.

All the above information is processed locally and will not be uploaded to our servers.

We use Google's Firebase services:

 Firebase Crashlytics: Collects anonymous crash logs to help identify and fix issues.

 Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous data on user function usage frequency, page visits, etc.

II. Information We Do Not Collect

 Identifying information such as name and phone number.

 Contact lists, text messages, call records, etc.

 Precise location.

 User photos, audio/video content.

 Third-party social account information.

III. Data Storage and Transmission

Except for the anonymous analytics from Firebase, we do not upload any data to our company servers. All data is retained on the user's local device.

IV. Information Sharing and Third-Party Services

We will not share your information with third parties except in the following cases:

1. With your authorization.

2. To implement functions, using trusted service providers (such as Firebase).

3. As required by laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities.

4. In scenarios such as corporate mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers, where the recipient is required to continue complying with this Policy.

V. User Rights

1. Right of Access: You have the right to log in to the Software at any time to access and view your personal information, including health data, questionnaire assessment results, AI conversation records, etc.

2. Right of Correction: If you find that the personal information we have collected or stored is incorrect or incomplete, you may correct or supplement the information through the relevant functions of the Software or by contacting our customer service.

3. Right of Deletion: Under circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations, you have the right to request us to delete your personal information. For example, when you delete your account, we will delete all personal information related to your account, except as otherwise required by law.

4. Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your previous consent to our collection and use of your personal information by contacting our customer service. However, withdrawing consent may result in your inability to continue using some or all functions of the Software.

5. Account Deletion: You may apply to delete your account through the relevant procedures in the Software. After account deletion, we will stop collecting and using your personal information and delete or anonymize the personal information related to the account, except as otherwise required by law.

VI. Privacy Protection for Minors

We attach great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. The Software is not intended for use by minors under the age of 18. If we discover that we have collected personal information of a minor, we will immediately delete the relevant information and take necessary measures to protect the rights and interests of minors.
