This Subscription Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") applies to all users who register and use the paid services of Authenticator App-MFA&2FAAuth through the App Store. To protect your legal rights and interests, it is recommended that you carefully read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement before using any paid functions of this application; if you use the relevant paid services, it shall be deemed that you have agreed to accept the terms of this Agreement.
This application provides the following auto-renewable subscription plans, and subscribed users can unlock exclusive VIP functions in the application:
• Weekly subscription: The subscription period is 1 week, and it will automatically renew after expiration;
• If you activate the free trial and do not cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period, the system will automatically deduct fees according to the subscription plan you selected after the trial period ends;
• The deduction amount is subject to the amount displayed on the App Store payment page and the amount confirmed by the Apple payment pop-up window.
Unless you actively turn off auto-renewal in the account settings, the subscription will automatically continue at the end of each billing cycle, and the corresponding fees will be deducted from your account.
• When you confirm acceptance of the subscription terms through Touch ID, Face ID, or complete the confirmation in the Apple payment pop-up window, or when the free trial period automatically converts to a paid subscription, the relevant payment will be directly deducted from your iTunes and App Store/Apple ID account (hereinafter referred to as "Account");
• You can enter the account settings at any time to turn off the auto-renewal function to cancel the free trial or current subscription.
To avoid unnecessary deductions, it is recommended that you complete the cancellation of the subscription through account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period or the expiration of the current subscription period.
• Except as otherwise required by laws and regulations or in cases that comply with Apple's official refund policy, all subscription fees are non-refundable once paid;
• Even if you cancel the subscription, it will not affect your normal use of the application's VIP functions during the current paid subscription period; after cancellation, the next billing cycle will not automatically renew or deduct fees;
• If you encounter special circumstances such as incorrect deductions and need to apply for a refund, please submit a refund application directly through Apple's official support channel. Our company does not directly handle refund matters for purchase orders completed through the App Store.
Our company has the right to adjust the price, included content or provided functions of the subscription service according to business development needs; if such adjustments occur, the company will notify users in a reasonable manner in advance.
If the price of the subscription service changes, users will receive a change notice and can independently choose whether to continue the subscription; if the user chooses not to continue, they can cancel the subscription in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of this Agreement.
If a user abuses the service (such as maliciously brushing functions, interfering with the normal operation of the application, etc.), commits fraud (such as using illegal accounts for payment, etc.), or violates other conduct of this Agreement and application-related rules, our company has the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the user's subscription qualification without being liable for refunding the paid fees.
• The conclusion, validity, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the effective laws of the country/region where you are located;
• Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the two parties; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent court in accordance with the law.
